Suzy and her support group

Suzy St. Clair
I have been in the business of real estate for 25 years.  My varied involvements in both commercial and residential real estate from property management, Association management, green development and sustainable living to residential and land sales, have given me a thorough background to professionally assist my clients.

I took a ten year hiatus from real estate and owned a bookstore/cafe in Sun Valley, Idaho (Richard Dreyfuss, who had always wanted to hang out in his own bookstore, joined me as a partner), was general manager of Borders Book Store in San Francisco and moved to Santa Fe in 1998 to open the Borders Book Store in the Sanbusco/Railyard District.

“The Girls”, my three very wonderful daughters who have all migrated back to California (San Francisco to LA), keep me current, grounded and “cutting edge”.  Their “brother” Ketchum, a Welsh Corgi, helps me hold down the fort in Santa Fe.

After completing the opening of Borders and having acquired my California Sales license, my New Mexico Qualifying Broker’s license and Certificate of Property Management along the way, I eagerly returned to the business I enjoy and know so well.  I joined David Ater in 1999, Santa Fe Properties in 2003, Santa Fe Realty Partners in 2005 and as of January 2009, we represent Buyers and Sellers, as well as offer property management services under the St. Clair Properties’ brokerage.

Lin Nowicki

Lin Nowicki
When Lin Nowicki moved to New Mexico in 1984, she was fulfilling a decades-old dream to call Santa Fe her home. She was soon putting her background skills in art, interior design, small-business management and retailing to good use as founder and director of Ironwood Gallery, where she showcased a local and international mix of art and craft, including the ironwork of artist-blacksmith Francis Nowicki and her own minimal-realist paintings of New Mexico's old adobes.

Lin closed her gallery in 1997 to work as an independent financial consultant, bookkeeper and tax preparer for individuals and small businesses. "People don't believe me when I tell them how much pleasure I got from doing taxes. But I found learning the law, digging out the details, and the push-and-pull of problem solving to be a true creative challenge." Her combined interests in real estate, architecture, and design have led her to purchase, rehab, and resell several homes in Santa Fe, always to rave reviews.

Lin's volunteer activities include the Arrangements Coordinator for the Santa Fe Archaeological Society, choral groups around town ranging from the Symphony Chorus to the Madrigal Singers, and two terms as Board President of the Santa Fe Center for Spiritual Living, where she’s been a licensed spiritual coach, teacher, and speaker since 1993.

A Certified Residential Specialist and a licensed New Mexico Associate Broker since 2000, Lin brings her creativity, integrity and tenacity to bear in the service of her real estate clients, whether pursuing their ideal personal residence or investment rental property. "The purchase or sale of a home can involve not only your largest financial investment, but an immense emotional investment as well. I promise to truly listen to your needs and concerns, work hard to help you find your perfect solutions, and actively serve you in all the details of your real estate transaction."

Now bringing her wide ranging skill-set to the field of Property Management, she’s looking forward to all the ways her hands-on attitude can serve St. Clair Properties’ clients.
